$89.00 each + shipping – $12.00 (1 or 2), $36.00USD Canada (1 or 2), inquire for other countries (contact Neil Wilson)
This reproduction bracket is for the 82-A closed cab. It was used from production-start—2/1928 (maybe March 1928 also) and installed on the left side of the cab. If your cab is designed for the installation of the mirror bracket on the hinge pillar and the installation holes are 1-1/2″ center-on-center, then this is the bracket to use. Note that the hinge pillar holes originally had a threaded tapping block (i.e. nut bar) tack welded to the inside of the pillar (see photo below). The tapping block is not included with the bracket. It is not uncommon that the tapping block is missing and would require it to be made/installed. Two 1/4-20 hex head bolts and lock washers were used to install this bracket. This bracket is for mounting the A-17727 mirror assembly.
Brackets are cast in silicon bronze. They come with the brass swivel ball stud installed and installation holes are machined.
